AI Business Coach in North Yorkshire: Do You Need Coaching, Consulting or Installation?
The three get mixed up. A pub landlord with a full diary and no spare evenings is a good person to ask which one they need.
If you want an AI business coach near North Yorkshire in the sense of ongoing mentoring, that is not what Dean Keating does: he builds and installs AI agents and trains your team, from Horndean, Hampshire. If you want the work done rather than discussed, call or WhatsApp 07418 627304 for a free first call.
Dean is based in Horndean, Hampshire and works remotely across the UK. Want to talk this through for your own business? Message Dean on WhatsApp. Dean publishes northyorkshire.co. This is his own service, not an independent recommendation or ranking.

Start with a pub
There are 322 pubs listed on this site, the largest category on the site, ahead of cafes, hairdressers and restaurants (counted 10 October 2026). Whitby has 45, Scarborough 59, Harrogate 53, Northallerton 28 and Skipton 25, with another 70 outside the eight main towns. Of the 322, 193 show Sunday opening hours in their listing.
Picture a landlord in one of them. The day runs from deliveries to the lunch rush to a quiet stretch to a busy evening. The enquiries pile up in between: Sunday table requests on Facebook, a function enquiry by email, a text asking whether the back room is free. This person does not have time to attend a workshop. Which kind of help would actually move things?
Three kinds of help
Coaching is a series of conversations. A coach helps you think, set priorities and stay accountable. It can be very useful, but at the end of it the replies still have to be written by you.
Consulting gives you a plan: what to automate, in what order, with which tools. The doing is yours.
Installation means somebody builds it. The enquiry gets answered while you are changing a barrel.
Which is Dean Keating?
The third. His website describes a done-for-you service: he builds AI agents, installs them in the tools you already use, trains your team and supports the setup afterwards. It is not a course and it is not mentoring. If you are looking for a coach who will meet you weekly, he is not that, though the free first call does end with a plan you can keep.
He works from Horndean, Hampshire, on the south coast, and the install is remote. If you would like someone local to Whitby or Harrogate who can come and sit in the pub, look at providers based in North Yorkshire and say so on any first call.
A short test for yourself
Write down the three messages you most wish somebody else would answer. If they are repetitive and predictable, you probably need installation. If you do not yet know what is eating your week, a coach or a consultant may be the better first step. You can look through the pubs on this site to see how crowded your own patch is.
