Dean Keating: The AI Automation Consultant Publishing This North Yorkshire Directory

The entry that is not a Google Maps find

Every cafe, pub, hairdresser and dentist on this site was picked up from Google Maps, and the best-of lists order them by their public Google ratings. Dean Keating got in another way: he publishes the site, and he runs the AI service described here. His page is therefore labelled as the publisher's own business and sits outside every ranking. He has no rated Google business listing, so there is no score to rank him on in any case.

Please read this page as a description written by the people selling the service, not as a review.

How far away he is

The directory covers Harrogate, Scarborough, Skipton, Ripon, Whitby, Northallerton, Selby and Malton, plus the villages that fall between them. Dean works from Horndean in Hampshire, which is on the south coast. He is not local to any of these places and does not have an office in them.

That matters less than it sounds, because the build and install are done remotely and his website says that works anywhere in the UK. It matters more if you want to sit across a table from your consultant. Say so at the start of the first call, and look at providers based in North Yorkshire as well. His website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person, which does not include Yorkshire.

What he does

He builds AI agents and puts them inside the software you already use, then trains your team and supports it afterwards. The website's phrase is installed for you, not handed over. The jobs it lists include answering new enquiries at any hour, following leads up until they book or decline, sending quotes and chasing the ones left unanswered, booking jobs into the diary, sending reminders, raising invoices, chasing late payments and producing a weekly report.

The work follows four steps: a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. He begins with the single task that would make the biggest difference rather than trying to automate everything. There is no published price list. The cost is given after the free call, with no obligation, and you leave that call with a plan you can use with or without him.

What his website says about him

It describes him as a Shopify 10K Award winner with more than ten years in marketing, and says he has driven more than a million orders through Meta ads. It adds that he worked as a professional stand-up comedian for five years before going into marketing. He also builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO. We have not checked those claims independently.

What it is not

It is not a course, it is not an answering service, and it is not a chatbot you subscribe to. It is a person building working systems for your business.
