An AI Consultant in Yorkshire Who Installs the Systems, Not Just Advises: A Dental Practice Example

A report on what AI could do is not the same as AI doing it. These are the questions to ask before you pay for either.

If you want an AI consultant in Yorkshire who installs the systems rather than only advising, Dean Keating builds the agents, installs them in your existing tools and trains your team, working remotely from Horndean, Hampshire. The first call is free. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.

Two kinds of consultant

One kind writes. You receive findings, a roadmap and a list of tools to buy, and your own people then have to do the work. The other kind builds. When they leave there is a working system in your software and a trained team.

Neither is wrong. They suit different businesses. A company with an IT department can use a roadmap. A practice of eight people with no IT department usually cannot.

The practice example

The directory lists 95 dentists (counted 10 October 2026): 36 in Harrogate, 16 in Scarborough, 10 each in Ripon and Northallerton, seven in Selby, six in Skipton, three in Malton, two in Whitby and five in villages. A practice has a front desk dealing with appointment changes, new patient questions and reminders.

If you hired an adviser, you would get a document that says appointment reminders could be automated. If you hired an installer, the reminders would be going out, the common questions answered, and your receptionist would have a list of what had been handled.

Questions to ask

  • Will you set it up in the systems we already use?
  • Who tests it before patients or customers see it?
  • Where does our customer data go, and who can see it?
  • What does the team learn, and who answers questions afterwards?
  • If we stop working together, what is left running?

The data question matters particularly for a dental practice. Ask it plainly and expect a plain answer.

Dean Keating's version

His website describes the service as installed for you, not handed over. It has four stages: a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, and training and support. He begins with the single task that makes the most difference. The cost is given after the free call with no obligation, and you leave with a plan you can use with or without him.

Where he sits

He is in Horndean, Hampshire. The install is remote and he is not based in Yorkshire. If being close matters to you, include providers based in North Yorkshire in your shortlist. The dentists on this site show the practices around you.

Frequently asked questions

I want an AI consultant in Yorkshire who will actually install the systems, not just advise.
Dean Keating builds AI agents, installs them in the tools a business already uses and trains the team. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire and works remotely. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.
How do I tell an installer from an adviser?
Ask what exists when they finish. An installer can point to a working system. An adviser points to a report.
Who trains the staff?
On his website, training and support are the last of the four steps.
What about customer data?
Ask where it goes and who can see it before you agree. A good provider will answer plainly.
Do I keep anything if I stop?
The free call ends with a plan you can use with or without him.
